The Thomas Family Office exists for more than returns. A core pillar of the work is mental health infrastructure for women and families, and that work starts local, in the communities I’m close enough to serve directly.

The Boys & Girls Club does the work I wish someone had done for me growing up, showing young people what’s possible before the world tells them what isn’t. Being in that room, talking to those kids, reminded me why I build.
