Is this 1:1 coaching?
No. Elite Path is group coaching. Monthly sessions happen live with the cohort. Inner Circle adds quarterly smaller roundtables. This isn't calendar-for-an-hour consulting. It's a community of builders learning from each other, with Ja'el leading the strategy.
What's included in Standard vs Inner Circle?
Standard gets you monthly group coaching, the full cohort community, creative finance frameworks, and a direct channel for deal and strategy questions. Inner Circle includes everything in Standard plus quarterly private roundtables with Ja'el, invite-only events with operators and investors, and observer access to real operator conversations.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. $2,500 per month with a 12-month commitment. Paid in full annually is $24,000 (a $6,000 savings). Both get you the same program. After the initial 12 months, monthly billing continues until you choose to cancel.
What happens after month 12?
The initial commitment is 12 months. After that, membership continues on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel any time after the initial term. Most members stay. The community compounds as you build.
Is this only about real estate?
Real estate is the primary vehicle, but the strategy is wealth. You'll learn creative finance (Sub-To, seller finance, wraps, private capital), asset allocation, operator partnerships, and how to build a portfolio that produces. Real estate is the tool. Ownership is the outcome.
What if I'm not ready to deploy capital yet?
Elite Path is built for people getting ready to deploy and people already deploying. You don't need a deal in hand to start. What you need is the seriousness to build a real plan and execute it over twelve months.
Is there a refund policy?
: Refunds aren't part of the model. The selective application exists so they don't need to be. When you're accepted, you're in for the full 12 months. That's how the work compounds. 90 Day Cash Flow Plan ($497) first. Most members test the work there, see results, then upgrade into Elite Path for the full year.
How do I apply?
Click apply. You'll answer a short set of questions so Ja'el understands where you are and where you want to go. Every application is reviewed personally. Accepted applicants get scheduled for an acceptance call within 48 hours.
